Every customer is entitled to a competent and quality service.
The customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information about the property or service in which he is interested.<\/p>

Rights and obligations of the Agency<\/h5>

Euro Hit Property is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers.
The Agency shall have the right to refuse a service in case of breach of these General Conditions or other legal requirements.<\/p>

Prices and payments<\/h5>

The services shall be provided for an agreed fee.
All prices are in euro and subject to adjustment in line with market conditions.<\/p>

Responsibility<\/h5>

The Agency shall not be liable for changes in the property market which may affect the value of the properties.<\/p>

Entry into force and changes<\/h5>

The General Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website of Euro Hit Property.<\/p>

The Agency reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying its clients.<\/p>
